It is our goal at the Haines City Utilities Department to provide our customers with an outstanding level of service and to ensure that our customers have a continuous supply of the highest quality water, sanitary sewer service and solid waste collection service. We consistently strive to meet the demands of our increasingly growing population while maintaining customer service and keeping our rates as low as possible for our customers. Haines City Utilities provide services to homes and businesses in Haines City, in portions of Davenport and the Unincorporated Polk County.
